I hope you guys are having a great Monday day listening or whenever you're listening.

Today's episode is my monthly advice column and essentially if you guys haven't been around

for my previous episodes, I do a monthly advice column every single month.

This isn't really my idea, a lot of the podcasts that I listened to do this and I think it's

just a great way for one to get input from you guys on things that you're going through

and just to talk about relevant topics.

But I also think it's one of the best ways to interact with you guys and just to kind of

hear from you guys and see what you're going through with that being said.

I'm not an expert.

I'm not a therapist.

I'm not a licensed professional.

Always feel the need to say that in the beginning because I don't know everything.

And if you don't know me, I am only 23 years old.

I am married.

I live in Dallas.

But I am only sharing the experiences that I have myself.

So I think a lot of people buy my podcasts through my YouTube channel and so you kind of

get a sense of who I am on there.

And if you think that I know a thing or two, you might submit something for these episodes.
