And we are back for another episode. Today we're going to talk about protecting your peace and a lot of other things.

We're going to do a life update. We didn't do a life update last week because we had a guest on,

which I hope you guys enjoyed.

I know we both had a lot of fun talking to stuff.

And it was nice to have a guest back on the podcast because we used to do a lot of guest

episodes, especially during COVID.

And we haven't really done any since.

But this podcast is called to call your friends.

And it is nice to have our friends on and people that

we can introduce you to. So yes, hopefully you guys enjoyed that one. And let us know if you want

us to do more guest episodes in the future. I think we could definitely arrange that.

Also, if there's anyone who you guys want to see come on the podcast, let us know because I think

we are always trying to find guests to bring

on to the podcast. But of course, if there's anyone that you want to hear from, we'd be happy to

try and get them on. Yeah, we'll reach out to whoever, no promises, but, you know, we'll see what we can

do. All right, let's get into our life update. It has been a couple weeks, so Lauren, take it away.

I think the biggest thing that's happened in my life is that I went to Seattle last week.

I went to Seattle on Wednesday and came back on Sunday.

So I was there for, what is that, like five days.

And I had a lot of fun. Honestly honestly I did more in one day there than I

do in like a week here so it was nice to have a change of scenery and just be going out more
