Good afternoon, everyone. It's Dr. Nigro again. Our next episode of Psychology Unplugged, as always, a

heartfelt thank you to all of our followers and listeners, both here in the United States and

internationally. I really enjoy, as always, doing this program and trying to shed as much

of the knowledge that I have regarding a variety of topics within the realm

of mental health and spirituality and existential psychology and philosophy. And I appreciate

the many followers that we have. And again, a true appreciation and I do this program

organically it's not going to change I like this style and the flow of it and I

appreciate the feedback from people when I do the different disorders I do

tend to be more meticulous and, you know, with notes,

not I'm not supposed to say meticulous, but, but notes and, you know, more direct.

But I also end a lot of most of the podcasts with, with asking people to send suggestions

for topics that you would find interesting for us to cover

on the podcast. That's kind of the flow and a give and take. And, you know, interestingly,

I spoke with one person this past week who said, can you do an episode on major depressive disorder?

And I said, I think I've covered that

a few episodes and I scrolled through and looked that I've never actually done an episode

specifically on major depressive disorder. I've done depressive specifiers. I've alluded to it

at different points throughout the podcast because it's, you know,

depression, anxiety. We, you know, we commonly call the, you know, the common colds of mental

illness. But I will definitely put together a podcast specifically on major depressive disorder,

because it's certainly one of the more common psychiatric conditions

universally that that people experience.
