I'm good. I'm just pleased to be connecting with you here and going over a really

interesting topic that you basically threw my way a couple

months ago and it was on your experience in counseling and helping people through PTSD

through the use of hunting, especially some wilderness and backcountry hunting.

Yes.

And I want to read I read this here several weeks ago on the

air but I want to read it again the paragraph that you originally sent me about

your experience. So it was on the benefits house and wives of

hunting with combat veterans dealing with PTSD and now I'm reading your

words here. She says I I used to work, I used hunting in my work as drug and alcohol rehab counselor with a specialization

in helping those dealing with PTSD for Friendship House Association of American

Indians for eight years and even wrote about it my latest memoir and I thought

man that actually some fascinating stuff.

And I kind of threw a question back at you,

how you felt like it applies to backcountry hunting.
