Once upon a time, there lived a little pumpkin who was called Pumpa Nickel Squash.

He was a squash, course as Pumpkins are

and he lived in a town called Garden Rock

with his fellow Squashlini.

Pumpa Nicol's house was on Vine Street.

He lived alone and that was just how he liked it. Every morning he would get up, put on his slippers, make some tea and have a biscuit.

By noon he would go to market, a few short streets away to buy provisions.

Then it was off to the kitchen to cook.

You see, Pompanickle ran a small tavern.

And Pumpinicles was the most popular spotted town.

Every night there was a lion out the door.

Pumpinckles has the best sludge soup there is.

They'd cry as they waited.

Pomponicle was very strict with his rules, mainly just one.

Closing time was at 9pm shop. No exceptions.

Once the door was locked, that was it for the night.

Pumpernickle would clean up, eat his supper, and tuck into bed for a good night's rest.

It was a lovely full day when Pumpnickel went about his usual routine.

A little breeze and chill in the air.

He trotted along towards the market.
