It's really cute. Like I end up not eating that much of it because I get like but yeah because it's like it's so cute like she

doesn't even really want it on yogurt like I'll just put it in one of her little

kids you know it's like broken into like three, the little thing.

And she just with her, even her two little fingers

will get down to like every little last bit.

That's so sweet.

I know, it's so great.

Okay, well, I want to talk about where you started from because, I mean, you're, I cannot imagine what it is like to build a brand like this and I know you always say like money wasn't your

like all kind of just happened right so like the scaling of this to the mass level where you are is just absolutely incredible and I admire it so much from like even I'm like talk to me about distribution like I'm just like the logistics that must happen to make all this happen but let's even go back to like

Elizabeth in college and then you know your journey into like health and all of that

yeah totally so I think like even going back before into like health and all of that. Yeah, totally.

I would just say that as a kid,

I definitely always had a business sense about me.

Like an entrepreneurial,

not necessarily entrepreneurial,

but I remember being 13 and going to Disney World.

We were like big Disney World family, or I was. I don't know the
