For about a week, so I haven't talked toall in a little bit because last week's episode was

pre-recorded pretty early so I'm recording this one literally like the night before it goes up

but it feels like it's been forever since I've talked to y'all and I'm feeling so refreshed but

I'm also having like a really hard come down right now. I feel so refreshed just like

from my time at the beach. I was literally at the beach every single day over the last week and it's just

my ideal way of living. You know what I mean? Just being able to go to the beach, being able to

paddleboard and surf and be in the sun and read books on the beach. It's just

my idea of paradise and happiness. So truly such an amazing time and feeling really refreshed from

that time. But I was just texting my friend from home and she was just asking how my time home was and I was like,

oh, it's good, but definitely experiencing a rough come down right now because the come down's

always so hard after vacations, especially when you take a little bit of like a longer amount
