I love buying businesses. I think buying businesses work better.

You know, it's harder to greenfield and grow organically than it is to buy a business and fix it.

But there's a lot of things that need to happen. You're buying into a different culture.

There's a lot of things you need to fix. You can't teach an old dog new tricks. That's what they say.

So I would say I'd probably start from the ground up if I don't have a ton of experience

and home service.

I want to make the mistakes at a smaller scale and take over a business, unless you've got

great coaches and mentors because you don't want to make mistakes with a bigger business.

But the nice thing about an existing business is you've got a customer database.

You've got people already working.

You can take things from an outside view and look at this business and say,

where's the biggest week spots that I could work on and who do I need to hire?
