Um I you know I want to get started like I always do and I want you to tell us

about your journey first and beauty like how did you you know how did you come

into the skin care space and and then tell us about your career and your background.

Absolutely so unlike some of your guests that I've heard talk about being into skincare

or beauty their entire lives I actually grew up in Minnesota as kind of a tomboy and I was

into sports and probably didn't pay as much attention to the category as somebody growing up.

One I did work in kind of large corporate America for about 15 years after college and

I never did you work at Johnson & Johnson for eight years in their consumer sector where I got

to spend time learning about Nutrugina and Avino and working on these fantastic brands that have
