1:43.8 | typically there's a lot of water weight loss. That's not everyone. And that's really |
1:48.4 | just depending on the amount of water and things that you have in your body, especially if you're |
1:52.2 | someone who, you know, maybe you ate tons of processed foods and ate out all the time and |
1:59.8 | you weren't ever in a deficit. |
