host Tori D. Simone and I'm so excited for today's episode because you guys have if you've been listening to the show within the past I'd say three months like especially this summer I've really gotten very deep in the practice of yoga and I've just been enjoying

Everything that comes along with it.

But the main thing that I enjoy is the deeper meaning of yoga, and today I have a very special

guest on my podcast.

Her name is Jen, and Jen is one of the yoga teachers

at my yoga studio that I own down at the Jersey Shore. It is called Stride and this past summer I recently had the

Opportunity I guess, I guess.

No, I don't know if opportunity is right word,

but pretty much like a new studio space practically fell in my lap
