There was an issue with a witness tomorrow. They're going on a view. And she told the jurorsors it's a half day and they would be finished by one.

This morning we had Daniel Whitley back on the stand.

He is a Canton, EMT, and firefighter.

He was finishing up on cross-exam.

They basically attack prior testimony about Karen's defiance

and giving a urine sample at the hospital.

And then whether or not she asked in general terms,

if someone could be in the snow without a jacket and live,

the defense goes through variations in his answers

between the grand jury testimony, the first trial, and yesterday,

and that wrapped it up.

On redirect, the Commonwealth asks, was the grand jury

testimony as in-depth as here? And the witness said no. Next up was the general manager at CF

McCarthy's. And then also, right after that, they had the manager of the waterfall bar and grill.

Both of them were just

laying foundation for these surveillance videos that are going to come in at a later time.
