Summary

Detective Duncan is the last witness called by the state. The state rests, and Lori calls no witnesses. The court will go over jury instructions tomorrow & Lori will have to decide by Monday if she will take the stand or if we will move into closings.

Hope you guys had a good day and the state rested today. And shortly after, Lori sort of rested. And I say sort of because he technically has until Monday to decide whether or not

she will testify. If she decides to testify, she would take the stand on Monday. If she decides not

to testify, she will rest in front of the jury on Monday. Tomorrow, they're going to be going

over jury instructions starting at 10.45 in the morning.

into testimony. We had one witness today, and that was Detective Duncan. He was the lead investigator
