verses 1 through 11 and over the course of the next couple of weeks. I want to talk to you about

something called team Trinity. And some of you would ask, what does the church believe,

how is it organized, what are the common ways that I can get connected and I'll start with an

illustration and analogy. Actually, if you guys will bring up the photo, I know it's kind of hard

to figure out what this is, but actually right in the middle of this building,

right under the center of that dome, as we ripped up the old carpet, we found that there was actually

an original hole that was drilled and a stake was driven into that hole and that is literally

the physical center of our church building. And everything was measured out in circumference from

that center, so everything radiates out from that center, everything is in relation to that center

and that really was the beginning point for the construction of this entire church building.

Well, what is true physically is also true spiritually that our church has a center. It's the

place today that will drive our proverbial stake and everything will relate to this center and

that is going to be the love of God as revealed in the gospel of Jesus Christ. And I'll jump into it

in a moment, but in 1 Corinthians 15, Paul says that some things are of first importance.

What that means is you think of all the information that is available on the earth today.

There's something that is more important than everything else and that is the good news of

the gospel of Jesus Christ or the love of God has revealed in the person and the work of Jesus
