0:05.6	and I say to myself, there's two types of people. People who write down everything.
0:10.6	That's why I love the note taker here, because he doesn't write down everything. He's only going to
0:14.1	write down what resonates with him. And that's what I want you to do, is don't write down nothing.

0:27.8	Because we can text ourselves, email ourselves,
0:30.3	we can do all kinds of fancy things with AI,
0:33.1	all types of transcription and plot and all these great applications.
0:39.7	But I want you today to leave here with a system of capture to learn to capture what resonates with you. Now, there's a lesson within
0:46.7	this lesson about lessons that resonate with you because at first I thought, oh, lessons that
0:52.2	resonate with me are lessons that make, and I agree with strongly.
0:57.1	So I was here in Chicago one time and someone said, you know, my mom had this wonderful quote, Dave.
1:05.6	She used to always tell me, remember, son, you're either humble or you're about to be. And man, that hit
1:14.2	my heart and still does. I love that. It resonates with me because I agree with it. I've lived it.
1:19.7	It's a valuable lesson to remind myself with all the different things that we do in life that
1:25.3	I'm either humble or I'm about to be.
1:28.3	But where these lessons really took on a different layer of understanding,
1:33.4	especially today, is the things I don't agree with.
1:38.6	The things that I'm like, man, that is stupid.
1:42.6	I can't believe somebody would think that. I can't believe somebody would think that.
1:45.3	I can't believe they would love that person.
1:47.8	This is, how can they?
