Yeah, well, I really appreciate you wanting to talk about this and open up about it. It's not always easy to share these things, but it's an important step to understanding what's going on.

What is your intention for today's call then?

I think it's just to further my awareness.

You know, I've been listening to the podcast, doing the work, and, you know, coming to some realizations about why I drink

or why I don't want to drink. And I think this is an important piece of it is like recognizing

that for me, it's a way to shut down the constant thinking and thoughts and swirl in my mind.
