Well, if the Congress does not act to codify what President Trump has done and also the

If that doesn't happen, then they will be gone the next time a Democrat gets elected president

because they would be ephemeral. It wouldn't be durable. You have to put things in law for them to stick.

And what is happening here is such a vast paradigm shift. It's a positive change.

The administration needs to understand and needs to work with Congress in order to take the

So basically, I mean, there was a blizzard of executive orders, and I went through them all.
