I'm so excited to be here in this moment and in a sense to wrapping up our last conversation and initiating a new conversation.

We've been talking for several weeks about relationships and you cannot get into a more

gritty conversation than talking about how human beings interact with each other.

Had a move toward that thing that we long for most called intimacy, and yet we fear the most

called intimacy.

And at the same time, though,

that we're going to be bringing that conversation

to a close.

We're also going to be launching a new conversation today.

We're going to spend the next several weeks

talking about how to elevate your life, how to engage in different

aspects of your life and elevate your experience, your existence, the reality of

that and that's why it's a perfect moment to talk about relationships that

elevate.

And I have to make a confession.

When I first started processing through this particular talk,

I was focusing on how to help you identify and find relationships that will elevate you.

And as I was doing that, I realized that I had just bought into the cultural narcissism we have that's all

about us.

So instead of helping you find the kind of people that will elevate you, I want to help you become the kind of person that elevates

others.

And maybe if we, come on, we can do that.
