Welcome back to the Power Hour podcast. Today I'm joined by Simon Alexander Ong and we're going to be talking about the art and science of energy management. The modern world demands a lot

0:49.2

from our time, attention, focus and energy. So this is something that I'm really excited to learn much more about

1:45.6

And I remember just thinking, wow, you know, you sent me this message that was just like so, yeah, full of energy and full of, just, it was just so lovely to connect with you.

1:55.3

And I knew that this conversation would come at some point.

1:58.2

And here we are. So let's start off, I guess, a little bit before we dive into

2:02.6

the book and everything, just to give a bit of context, I suppose, to the listeners about who you are,

2:07.5

what you do, and actually most importantly, why you do it. Sure. So I was born here in the UK to

2:13.9

Malaysian parents. And I grew up with this mistaken belief that success was defined by my job
