popular a few years ago. I feel like it's not as strong in the zeitgeist anymore, but it was

all the rage for a minute there. Everyone was reading atomic habits. It was changing everyone's

lives. It was a movement. But I recently listened to that book, which is sort of true to my behavior

because I always wait until something is no longer hot in the zeitgeist, and then that's when

I consume it.

Like, if there's a really popular TV show, I never watch it while it's hot.
