If I had to pick one thing for being happier,

I would say anything,

if you're trying to figure out what to do

with your time, energy, or money,

anything that goes to relationships

is something that's likely to make you happier

and it'll make you feel more supported

and it will also make you feel like

you're better able to support others

and that is also a tremendous source of happiness.

One of the best ways to make yourself happier

is to make other people happier

and one of the best ways to make other people happier

is to be happier for yourself.
