years and now here's Andrew. All right what I'm going to do during

this week I've got four sessions and Wayne has three when he grows up we're going

to let him have more sessions when he gets proven

But I've got four sessions and what I'm going to do is start sharing from the book of Hebrews and I'm

going to try and do a synopsis of the entire book. There's 13 chapters and I know

that this isn't what most people typically want. Most people come and they are looking

for a specific like a healing, they want to touch from God. They're wanting to come and just

have God touch them in some significant way, but they don't want to sit there

and actually study the word.

And that's one of the big problems is that people are seeking a one-time thing

they're seeking something but the reason that people get into the problems that

they're in is because they don't understand the truths of the word of God.

And I can say this that if Hebrews isn't one of your favorite books, if this isn't something that

man just causes you to rejoice, you do not understand the New Testament.

You don't understand the true Gospel.

The book of Hebrew was written written for multiple reasons but the name says a lot

because it is to transition the Jews from serving God under the old covenant

mentality into the New Covenant.

And this is what it's all about.
