In the podcast app, go into your library, select shows, and click on our icon.

There's a purple circle with three little white dots.

Click that and then hit settings.

Here you can select

play in sequential order.

It's assumed when you start a podcast

that you want to hear the most recent episodes first,

which usually makes sense, but this will help

you to start your journey from the beginning.
