I'm Lauren Atkinson on the Join the Journey staff team and I have a quick announcement before

we get started.

On Sunday, December 15th, we would love for you to

join us as we highlight join the journey and pray together for year of the word in the chapel

right after the 4 p.m. service. This will be a time for our members in our church body to just be

praying together for all that God is doing in and through join the

journey this past year and preparing for Year of the Word in 2025.

Pam, so happy to have you here.

And before we jump into the passage today, why don't you tell us a little

more about your story and how you came to know Jesus? Yeah, happy to. Thanks for having me.

It's really fun to be here. So yeah, I have been a follower of Christ for over 40 years,

been married to my husband John for 30 this summer. We have four kids and a daughter-in-law.

And as of almost a little over two weeks ago, November 1st, I am now a new first-time grandma

to little baby Miller David McGee.

And so Champ and Bertie are our grandparent names.

And I'm super excited just to watch him grow up and have that next phase of life.
