Hey guys. Katie, so fun to have you back on. You've been on the podcast before, right?

I have. Yeah, so we'll link one of your previous episodes in the description. But before we get into today's passage, why don't you start just telling us a little bit more about you, how you got to Watermark, and what you do here on staff?

Yes, how I got to Watermark feels a little loaded. I've been here almost 11 years, which is crazy. If you know me, Dallas was the I'll be here for a year and then I'm outy. But I've been here for now 10 years.

So we're 11 years. So I'm excited. I've been on staff for about five years. I used to do,

I was a women's community director and have recently stepped into the director of women's community.

So I'm now helping manage and care for the women who shepherd the women of the church. I love it. What does it mean

to be a community director? And what do you get to do in your job? Give us some thoughts on that.

That's a great question. My team would joke at this. I've been saying that I wish I could change

my job title to a goodness of God tour guide, which is...

Thinking about even the tour guides you see at maybe Disney World or something, who are

thrilled that you're there, they're so excited to show you around this kingdom, and they

clearly intimately know the person who's in charge

and runs the place. And so we get the opportunity to do that as community directors and as staff

members to both know and love God and Christ and what he's done for us and reveal to everyone
