in my living room today. We are deep in the bowels of Guardian HQ in

London. Full honesty to you, my loyal listeners. One, the builders are in doing my bathroom and two, my guest today quite genuinely

cannot step foot in my house or he could end up in hospital. No, this is not about my cooking or my personal hygiene.

It's my cats, of which I do have three.

What an absolute belter of a guest, a man so worth me leaving the house for.

Let me be honest, getting dressed to go to the office is not my natural state of being.

Working from home suits me a lot better, especially dress-wise.

What are you meant to wear when even the simplest

schedule involves two totally different things happening? I've got an

important face-to-face meeting with one of Britain's hottest actors and then I've

got to wrestle with the London Public Transport System where the appropriate outfit is actually

a boiler suit and a gas mask. My top tip for those of you doing

office days is get an enormous bag with heels, flats, trainers, jewelry, pop socks,
