Rich and Ryan had actually put together an Envision prototype.

So this is actually a set of clickable screens that they had put together to illustrate the solution that they had visualized for this space.

Based on that Envision prototype and really a thorough understanding, again, of the space and the people involved,

and deep conviction that this was the

solution that would ultimately lift the industry went in and captured the first four accounts

that we brought on board. And this was sort of like the genesis of our company together.

We really started with this notion of deeply understanding the problem space.
