Anytime we're building any kind of product very quickly, especially the MVP, there's

a ton of trade-offs to be made.

A lot around speed, efficiency, scalability, you know, the whether these are going to be real

and meaningful.

So one of the key issues was, you know, hey, we're building out something that's going to let you see connection for another team that you haven't met before. You know, it's not like we could look at that and say, hmm, these people really are really connected. Our platforms doing the right thing. So one of the questions was, how do we measure connection for other people that we've never met before.

Five years ago, she switched into tech in order to make a positive impact,

joining startups with great missions.

She's created training programs, worked in AI, scaled teams, and dug into the data science world.

But outside of tech, she lives in Seattle with her family,

and loves all the outdoor things you can do in the Pacific Northwest.

John tells the story of how her current venture started out as being a dating service, but pivoted when the pandemic hit, two positive events for remote teams.

Being on one of these remote teams and consuming the events, she fell in love with the
