I'm glad to be here, Ryan, and I am Amped Up.

Hey.

I want to start off our discussion today

by getting your thoughts on the police brutality and racial injustice crisis gripping the

nation. After a huge uprising this summer we saw millions of Americans take the streets for

Black Lives Matter and demand systemic change to the way that we do policing in America.

But the police and the politicians still haven't gotten the memo.

Police are still murdering and shooting unarmed black people and

politicians are still peddling platitudes and symbolic gestures instead of

pushing for the systemic change that the people are demanding.

So, you know, the people, we're doing our part,

but why aren't the politicians and the police doing their part?

You know, right, it takes a lot of intestinal fortitude to be able to not just do the right thing

not just began,

side of history, but to have an immense understanding

of the moment that we are in.

This didn't just begin.
