Hello, welcome back to another episode of Empowered Radio.

I had to switch the dates for the shred.

There were some things that were going on, and it just was not going to work out.

So the shred will open for enrollment in January on January the 13th, and it will start on January the 20th.

So I do have the wait list in the show notes.

So if you are someone that, especially if you're someone who's wanting to snag one of the

coaching spots, I believe there will only be 10 that will be open for the one-on-one coaching

with me for that upgrade for the shred.

Make sure to put yourself on the wait list because the people on the wait list will be notified

of enrollment opening before it goes out to the public.

So I wanted to start the episode with that.

I do apologize, but I had to shift things just a bit.

Now on to today's episode.

So we are, when this comes out, I believe we will be about a week and a half.

Let's see, this will come out on the 20th.

So we will have, yeah, like a week and a half before January 1st.
