Hello, Strong Women.

So, first, again, I would like to take a minute just to thank all of you for your kind words

and messages following last week's show on body image and eating disorders.

Many of you thanked me for being brave and for being vulnerable and I guess I don't really

think about myself that way.

I just want to be honest and open about what's going on inside because otherwise all

people see is what's going on on the outside, right? And I think there's a danger there,

especially in the age of Instagram and curated brand content. You could just see me smiling

and laughing and riding my bike and occasionally standing on podiums or whatever.

But you never see the tornado inside that sometimes drives me and sometimes wrecks me.

And that's indicative of all of us, right? We all have struggles. We all have demons. We all have

stuff about ourselves that we're not particularly proud of, but that's what

makes us humans.

And I think it's important to share that humanity.

So anyway, thank you all for being here and thank you for sharing this journey.
