1:24.1	panels, and we did a panel on the different real estate niches. Once people heard
1:29.3	the macroeconomic stuff from many of the faculty members, we invited folks who were specializing
1:35.3	in different niches to come up. That was a great topic. And the niche we left out on purpose
1:41.6	was short-term rental because in the room we had several folks that are
1:47.2	front and center in this space doing a great job. And so today we're going to present to you
1:52.2	a really cool panel on short-term rentals. Yeah, we talk all the time when you get into real
1:58.2	estate investing. First thing you have to figure out is your personal investment
2:01.3	philosophy. What do you want? What are you trying to accomplish? What are you willing to do? What are you
2:04.9	willing to do? What do you enjoy? What are you good at? All that stuff. So you got to get that
2:09.3	figured out. And so if you're the type of person that enjoys customers and tenants and nice properties
2:14.3	and nice areas, short-term rentals could be a real nice area to get involved in.
