Today we're going to be talking about should you take estrogen on cycle to prevent neurotoxicity and cardio toxicity.

And by that, I mean just prevent your neurons destroyed in the brain and cardiovascular system being negatively impacted.

It's basically what I mean by that.

So a lot of guys saw my previous post on estrogen and the issues

that come as a result of inhibiting aromatase or the videos I posted recently where I've talked

about neuroprotective effects of estrogen and how it's, you know, the estrogen that facilitates

this rather than the testosterone and how non-eromotizing steroids have shown to have a more deleterious

impact on many physiological functions in the body. So, you know, this sort of has brought up

the question that's come up quite a few times now is should you take estrogen to make your cycle

safer when you use steroids? So this don't misconstrue what I'm saying in my previous videos as go pop your girlfriend's birth control.

That's definitely not what I mean.

Just because estrogen is what provides neuroprotection, not testosterone,

and it absolutely does not mean that you should go grab your girlfriend's levo norgesterl and ethanol

estradiol pills and start popping them unopposed estrogen is carcinogenic like this is largely the

reason why i'm not going to delve into it but basically unopposed estrogen is carcinogenic this is

why there's a very you know tightly regulated balancing act in your body between androgens and estrogen.

Like, I'm sure you've seen the treatments for breast cancer, too.

The first line of defense is serms and aromatase inhibitors.

So estrogen does not provide neuro protection in a dose dependent manner.

So just because if you're using like a massive dose of gear,

it doesn't mean you can just start administering estrogen
