I realize that the election that we're having right now, which is often to completely unprecedented territory as we all know.

This is the most unusual, interesting, controversial election of my lifetime.

It's definitely breaking new ground in a lot of ways.

I know it's scaring a lot of people.

I get it.

There are potential historical avenues that might loom in our future.

If we went down that road, we'd be sitting there going, oh my gosh, why did we ride off the rails back in 2016?

Those are obviously possibilities.

I understand that. I'm having a hard time though thinking about those.

Because what's going on in this 2016 race is so unprecedented that I feel like it's open the door.

Two years and years, let's be honest, decades of solutions that I thought would really, really help us all out.

But we're impossible to imagine happening because she just required so many things that were hard to imagine.

We would have to have real public outrage about some things to get from A to B.

It was hard to imagine people getting that upset or getting that educated maybe even as a group up on some of these things.

I mean, you know, those of us who look at politics, and I know many of you are too.

I mean, you wouldn't be listening if you weren't a bit of a political junkie probably.

But when we look at things and you sit there and say yourself, how often, boy, Americans really understood this.

They'd be so outraged that it would never stand the light of day.

It would be changed.

But when Americans find out about these things, we find out about it individually.
