As I discussed in the past, I've met some people that I thought were interesting that I'd like to interview.

And I think that you might enjoy listening to me interview them, even though you're not a runner.

Or maybe if you are, know attracted to this you know these

discussions as a not as a non-runner uh but anyway this woman that i met um reanna johnson

is uh she said she had a podcast it's called sash and soul in the show notes i got a link to it

and she talks to and coaches pageant contestants and we got into this conversation and we started talking about things like

Imposter Syndrome and, you know, feeling empty after the event and the buildup.

And all of a sudden I just said, you know what?

I think I'm going to interview you because I think some of this is relatable.

And if it isn't, I think that people will find the discussion interesting.

She also was a former

Miss Wisconsin and she was in the Miss America pageant. And I've never met anybody that was a Miss

anything. So we had a talk. I thought it was great. I think you'll like it. And so I'm putting

it up. And if you don't want to listen to it, if you're only into running, then just delete it

and move on to the next one. But I'm going to try to do some of these as I meet people, and I'm not going to worry about

the fact that they're not running because there's a lot of running podcasts.

And, you know, this is more of just interesting, I think.
