Welcome, I'm Lauren.

Before we start, choose a space in which you will practice.

This could be seated, or perhaps you may choose to lie down.

This is your choice. Dress in loose clothing and when you're ready we'll

start. Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

In this journey, in this practice,

you will gently guide yourself into a state of relaxation,

allowing your body, allowing your mind to unwind, to let go, to release.

Let's start with the intention to start now, with this moment as it is, this raw, unadulterated, imperfect moment.

There is no perfect moment to start to unwind.

So why don't we just start now?

Begin now.

With whatever is occurring in your life.

With whatever is occurring around you.

With whatever is occurring around you.

Take a breath, breathe in and exhale that breath, breathe out.

Breathe any way you can.

There is no right way and there is no wrong way.

Breathe as you breathe in this moment the way it is.

Just breathe. As you breathe, start to form some perspective. Slowly at first.
