Could an issue from a prior life block your progress in your current life? And could

recalling a traumatic event from a past life release this block through regression?

Is the past even in the past?

To help us get to the heart of some of these questions, we have Simon Simon Bound who is the host of the

Past Life's podcast joining us. Simon is certified in both clinical

hypotherapy and past life regression therapy. He's conducted hundreds of

regressions in his private practice and is here today to share his insights into how remembering our past lives can help us heal today.

Hi there, thanks a lot for inviting me on.

Oh, we're excited.

All right, I want to start off with a little like scenario, okay?

Pretend you're on a date, it's a first date, and you really have enjoyed meeting this person, and you know how it is, you kind of want to impress them, like look at me, I'm pretty cool, let's try this again. And then your your date says so you're at past life

regression is I don't really believe in past lives what story would you tell

them to help convince them that past lives are real.

I'd probably talk about Jenny Cockle, who was a woman living in the north of England,

who had memories of past life in Ireland and she was an adult and she's not like she remembered it when she was a child because children were past life memories they tend to fade away when they get to

seven or eight years old but she was in her 30s and these memories were so strong and detailed.

She went to Ireland eventually and she knew exactly where to go.
