This is the one snack with me, Michelle Reed.

I have one of my favorite episodes today, and that is just me answering your guys' life

advice questions.

I do these once a month.

I think it's a really great opportunity for me to hear what you guys are going through

and just offer my two cents on the subject and how I would approach it.

That being said, I am definitely not an expert.

I'm not someone who's a therapist by any means.

I don't know everything, but I do think I've been through a few life stages and can answer

kind of just my thoughts on the situation and give my big sister advice, if you will.

I love these upsets.

There's some of my favorites to listen to from other people, too.

I just think they're really calm to listen to.

It's kind of a good time to get perspective on what other people are going through and sometimes

realize.

Oh my goodness, other people are going through the same things that I'm going through and

just make you feel less alone, so that is what today's episode is going to be on.

And I haven't read any of these, and I received so many email submissions.

Essentially, when I do these, I just post on my Instagram that I'm doing one of these

life advice kind of segment episodes, and I will ask for you guys to email me any of

your stories of things that you're going through.
