Make yourself comfortable and just relax.

Take a deep breath in through your nose

and slowly and gently

release out the air through your mouth

just like a deep sigh.

Again, deep breath in, breathing in slowly and deeply.

And slowly and deeply and very gently, breathe out through your mouth.

One more time, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.

Now imagine you are standing in a wide open meadow

and you can see the beautiful, luscious green grass.

And you can smell its fresh aroma.

Breathe in the wonderful fresh clean air.

Really fill your lungs deeply with that lovely fresh clean air.

Dotted here and there are wild flowers of amazing colours and they're all reaching up towards the sun feeling its warmth on

their face and the sky is so very blue with a few fluffy clouds floating gently by

the day is warm with just fluffy clouds floating gently by.

The day is warm with just a gentle breeze moving slowly through your hair.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your face.

Lift your face up to the sun and really feel it.

You decide to walk across the meadow just because you can. And the day is so very quiet and peaceful

but you can hear the sounds of the distant birds

and so you continue to walk through your meadow
