I'm going to go out and limb and say there's a pretty good chance you've never heard the name

Jesse Wellens before. But I'm also going to guess you've probably seen one of his YouTube videos

over the past decade. In fact, Jesse's YouTube channel has more than 10 million

followers and his videos have been viewed almost 3 billion times. I'll let Jesse explain

in our interview how this all happened, but I'll give you a brief synopsis here first.

It started back in 2009 when he was fresh out of the military, working as a used car salesman,

and he dared his girlfriend Gina Smith to eat a spoonful of cinnamon while he videotaped her reaction.

The outcome, as you might imagine, was so dramatic that when he posted it online, he ended up winning $200.

He soon realized he could make more money posting videos on the internet

than he could selling use Cadillacs. As time went on the couple started

regularly pranking each other and eventually started vlogging their lives together

documenting every moment of every day

for an audience of millions.

While it was incredibly rewarding financially

and it still is,

living that lifestyle came with dire consequences.

I wanted to sit down with Jesse to understand what

it's like to live in front of her camera all that time. If it was all worth it and who

those 10 million people are who voraciously watch every single thing he does and others like him.

So without further ado, please meet Jesse Wellens.
