Hello and welcome to best laid plans. This is the podcast where we talk all things

planning and planning adjacent. And this is Sarah Hart Unger. Today we are going to do a little bit

of a review and overview of some new planner releases

that are out right now. And I have a couple that I'm going to do a flip through of and others

that I'm just going to chat about because I don't have them in hand yet. But we've been a little

bit since we've talked about various products. We did do that recent episode on some really small and up-and-coming brands.

So if you missed that, that was just a few weeks ago. But otherwise, it's been a pretty

dry spell with respect to new planning products recently because it's just really hasn't been

the season. Most of the releases happen in the fall for the January beginning of the year

planning releases. And then there's another first that comes when all of the academic releases

come out. Those usually start with their calendars somewhere in the June to August range.

And they tend to come out around now. And so that is why I have a few brands to chat with

you about today.

I'll also provide a little update on my own current planning habits.

My typical nature of kind of feeling antsy by springtime and making some subtle switches in my, I guess, planning stack.

So we'll talk about that towards the end of the

episode. All right. So let's get started talking about the releases here. The first thing I will

mention is that I ordered some Nolty planners specifically to review and tell you all about

today. Nolty, N-O-L-T-Y, is a brand that has been around for quite a while.

They're Japanese planners in Japanese, and they have a whole slew of layouts, just lots of different

weekly layouts, monthly layouts, daily layouts, et cetera. And I found them intriguing for a long

time, but they're not
