Hey Shen, it's good to spend another episode with you to talk about something that's really important that I think we forget about when the seasons change how much that can affect us and I'm glad we're going to be talking about the subject today.

we're noticing some changes in our in our body, in our in our mind it's good to be aware of what the changes in the season and bring and I think

When I think about the springtime, I think about what's happening around us in nature, the big beautiful trees that are outside,
