we can do to help ourselves. Sometimes anxiety feels so heavy, so stark, can feel quite terrifying.

And I was looking through some messages in our group this week of members who are supporting each other and living with different

challenges and it made me think of the wisdom and hope that Irava offers.

And Iraveda teaches that high vata in the mind manifests as fear, alienation, and anxiety, and when this happens when we're in that I vata place

we might experience insomnia

body tremors, alpatations, an overall feeling of just being completely unsettled.

And our moods, we might be very moody, we might be all over the place with our moods and it gives us a wealth of

information about how we can calm Vata. We have talked about calming Vata in the

And for this example, one key challenge that we are all facing
