So you have heard me, if you've listened to any of the most recent episodes, you've likely heard me talk about my life-changing, trajectory-changing experience

at the Conscious Lead Her Retreat.

And that retreat was led by a very

dear friend of mine, Kelly Brock. And that is who I'm chatting with in this episode. What's so cool

about this and, and Kelly in general, I mean, gosh, don't even get me started on all the cool things about

Kelly. But we kind of grew up together. Like, I've known her for now 10 years, an entire decade.

And in knowing her, we've grown families. We've, I got married. You know, she was already married.

We both were growing families and we both had businesses, successful businesses.

Hers was before mine, but we both had like our first successful business.

And then we both kind of had to make a very, very tough decision to pivot into something

that was more aligned with what we actually wanted to create.

And it required big levels of faith and big leaps and bold, at the time, scary decisions.
