So last week, episode 153, if you haven't listened to that, please go listen. You do not have to listen an order. You can totally listen to that first or this first and then go back. But man, you are

missing some really, really, really, really inspiring, juicy lessons that I shared from the Conscious Leader

retreat.

Again, that's episode 153.

But at the end of that episode, I teased this one because I shared four of like my favorite lessons that I learned from that whole life-changing

experience. And I was going to include this one that we're going to go into today. But

this one was so impactful for me that I knew I had to dedicate a whole episode to it. So that's what

we're going to do in today's episode. And yeah, if you haven't listened to episode 153,

where this came from is a couple of weeks ago. I went on a trip of a lifetime to the British

Virgin Islands, to something called the Conscious Leader Retreat, hosted by a dear friend of

mine, Kelly Brock, and Brittany Turner. We stayed on Britney Turner's private island. Yes, it is hers. Again, you can go back to

153 to hear all about that. And they hosted, it was mostly Kelly's retreat. And they just gave us

this, again, this life-changing experience. And we were there for three full days and nights.
