And in particular, we talk about how OCD manifested for her in childhood, including a fear of

rabies, worries around swallowing, worries around her heart stopping,

as well as harm, religious and sexual orientation themes of OCD.

We discuss other themes such as POCD and doing exposure and response prevention therapy,

starting a support group and much more.

In the early part of this episode, you'll hear Hannah's puppy barking away.

The puppy does quieten down and then a bit later pops up again,

but most of the episode you won't hear the puppy,
