As an entrepreneur or CEO, you'll have two problems.

The second one are people issues that you don't know about yet. And that was just like, that's so true.

Why diversity inclusion?

The reason why I'm really passionate about it personally is because I tick lots of boxes myself. I'm British Indian, I'm gay, I'm working class.

I'm really passionate about making sure that there's more representation of people like me, but also women, LGBT plus, black people.

You can't be what you can't see. People have to also feel like they belong.

If you're more inclusive for LGBT plus people, they're going to be 32% more productive, more engagement, more customers and clients and more revenues.
