And hey everybody, this is Rob Leifeld. You are joining me on another edition of Rob

Zervations. Thank you for hanging out in the land of Robeservations where we top comic books,

pop culture, toys, movies, TV, everything in between. And this chronicles my journey through comic books as a kid through my career until now.

Again, I was fortunate enough to get into comic books, make comic books, make some really

fun comic books, and meet all of you amazing people along the way.

Today we are going to get right into it with a comic book milestone.

A comic book milestone that was so important that in 2014, back in 2014, as I am about to board a flight to Cleveland for a comic book convention

that has a number of guests whom I definitely want to interact with and encounter,

I make sure I grab in my office two of these comic books and tuck them into my portfolio.

They wouldn't fit in my bag, okay, there's a hint, too big to fit in my art bag that I carry with me.

But my portfolio will keep these snug and clean and flat, and I pack

them in because I am going to be seeing Stanley and Neil Adams. And these two gentlemen play a huge

part in these comic books that I'm bringing with me on this trip that I am going to present to

both of them because I want to not only get their John Hancock's on these, I want their

signatures.

I also want them to tell me a little bit of the story and a little bit of the history because

I've been able to decipher and kind of put together that

there was more to these comics than I could have ever imagined.

And these comic books are milestones.

I call them Clash of the Titans.

Ironically, it was billed as the Battle of the Century.

I'm going to take you back to 1976, January, 1976.
