If you go to the book of Luke again this morning, we've been on a series for a few weeks now

that we're calling, teach us to pray.

Teach us to pray. Teach us to pray.

Do you suppose you could learn something else about praying?

Yes.

In Luke 11, verse 1, it came to pass as he, Jesus was praying in a certain place.

When he ceased, one of his disciples said to him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

So this is why we're calling at that.

They realized the 12 and the others that were around Jesus,

they saw him pray a lot.

And so they, and then they realized the way he prayed,

they need to learn something about praying.

And so they said, teach us to pray.

And so we began by praying that prayer ourselves.

And I know some of you might not have been with us.

So let's just say it out loud again from your heart.

Say, Father God, I ask you, teach us to pray.

Teach me how to pray the way you can hear it and answer it to get rid of unscriptural praying.

Teach me to pray.

I ask in Jesus now.

Amen.
