Hey guys, as the holiday season gets started here, which is just crazy how fast time goes.

You might be looking for really practical ways to serve together as a family.

One thing that we've been doing for years, I was working with Samaritan's Purr, specifically

their Operation Christmas Child Project.

I'm a huge fan of there.

Since 1993, they have reached more than 209 million children with the gospel and 170

different countries and territories all over the world.

And they just use a shoebox, really simple shoebox to do that.

Anybody can do this.

You can take a shoebox as a family or a homeschool group or a Sunday school group or neighborhood

group.

Whatever you want to do, we like to do it together as a family.

You can pack these with fun toys and school supplies, personal care items, and then you'll

take it to one of their drop-off locations for National Collection Week, which is November

13 through 20th, so you got to do these quick.

Or you can even build a shoebox online if you're busy and you still want to serve, but you're

not able to do it in person.

I recommend doing it in person if you can, but if you can't do it in person, you can

build a shoebox online and make it really easy to do that as well.

But they are reaching millions of kids all over the world with the gospel and then getting

them into local discipleship program.

So it's an incredible way to see the gospel expand the disciples being made all over the
